Due to being either closed source or having licensing issues if they are open source, ITK can’t directly use these projects, however they are interesting nonetheless.
These two projects are conceptually very similar to ITK, I believe, and would serve as useful models (and codebases,
if they would release under a useful license to add to them with)..
DeepaMehta GPL. Good documentation. Installation evidently difficult,
since its a multi-tiered app..
CmapTools proprietary license, similar to ? Looks promising. Sooo nice that they made their site using their own maps..
MindMeister closed source, web. Invite only beta,
so I wasn’t able to play with this one.
bubbl.us closed source, web. Nicest GUI (done in Flash) for entry and edit,
simple and clean.
